Pack Your Jewelry
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all charms, lockets, and chains are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
